Requesting work

A website request starts a conversation with Solid Handyman LLC. It does not book an appointment, authorize work, or establish a final price. Service descriptions and our coverage graphic are guides; we confirm the location, scope, and availability before accepting a project.

Scope, price & changes

We agree with you on the work, price or pricing method, materials, and payment timing before work begins. An estimate based on photos or a description may need to change after an inspection. If we discover additional work or an unexpected condition, we explain the change and obtain your approval before proceeding with that added work.

Appointments & access

Please provide accurate project details and arrange permission to work at the property. Keep the work area accessible and let us know about pets, access restrictions, or known hazards. Appointment timing may change because of weather, materials, or conditions at a job; we will communicate changes with you.

Cancellations & payment

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule. Any deposit, cancellation charge, material-return cost, or payment deadline must be disclosed and agreed with you for that project. This website does not create an automatic cancellation fee or authorize a charge. Cancellation rights and other protections provided by law still apply.

If something needs attention

Tell us promptly about a concern with our work, with photos if helpful, so we can review it and discuss the appropriate next step. Any express project warranty will be described when offered; these terms do not create a specific warranty period, limit a manufacturer’s warranty, or exclude legal rights or remedies you otherwise have.

Photos & customer feedback

Gallery photos show individual completed projects, not a promise of identical results. Uploading a photo with an inquiry does not give us permission to publish it. We obtain separate permission for marketing use. Selected five-star Google reviews refresh automatically. Cards preview the original text and can open the full review. The overall rating and total count come from Google and include all ratings, not just the selection shown. We show when the data was checked; updates may be delayed. Website use & rights

Submit only information and photos you are entitled to share. Do not send spam, malicious files, or unlawful content, or interfere with the website. Solid Handyman branding, original content, and project images may not be reused without the relevant rights holder’s permission, except as allowed by law. Third-party software and attributed review content retain their own rights and applicable terms. Software licenses and notices are available separately.

Your information & these terms

Our privacy policy explains how we handle inquiries. Text messages require a separate choice. Simply visiting the site or submitting an inquiry does not accept a paid project. Terms you agree with us for a specific job control that job; later website updates do not change an existing agreement. Nothing here waives rights that cannot legally be waived.
