How this website handles your information and project inquiries.
Project requests
When you submit our form, we receive your name, phone number, ZIP code, service selection, and project description, plus any optional email, street address, and photos you provide. We save a lead in Solid Appointment Management (S.A.M.) and send an internal email notification so our team can respond, clarify your project, and arrange the next step. Project photos are stored privately with your lead and attached to our internal email notification. Uploading a photo does not authorize publication in our gallery or marketing. The form does not accept payment details.
Storage and service providers
Website hosting, Google Firebase, and our business email provider process information to deliver the site and handle your inquiry. Our form records a request reference, timestamps, and a keyed identifier derived from your network address to limit abusive submissions. Hosting providers may also process connection and security logs.
Photos from an abandoned request are scheduled for removal after two days. Submitted inquiry records, photos, and contact permission remain in our business systems for follow-up and recordkeeping. Contact us to request access, a correction, deletion, or an end to project follow-up. We may need to verify that a request is yours before disclosing or changing information; some records may need to remain for ongoing work or legal obligations. Please avoid including sensitive information unrelated to your project.
Text-message information
The form requires approval for calls and, if provided, email about your project. Text messages have a separate, optional checkbox. Entering your phone number does not grant texting permission. We record the choices you make, the phone number, the time, the form source, and the wording shown. Mobile numbers and texting consent will not be sold or shared for third-party or affiliate marketing. Telnyx and other providers involved in delivering requested messages may process the information needed for that service. See our text-message information.
Cookies and external services
Google Analytics is optional and stays off until you accept analytics cookies. If you accept, Google processes information about website visits, browser and device characteristics, referring websites, campaign labels, contact-button clicks, and successfully saved project inquiries. We do not send your form entries, project photos, lead reference, name, phone number, or email to Analytics. A phone-button click records interest in calling; it does not tell us whether a call occurred. Ad measurement is a separate optional choice. Accepting optional cookies or enabling Ad measurement in cookie choices lets Google connect an ad click with visits and saved inquiries using Google click identifiers and measurement cookies. For eligible Google ad visits with Ad measurement enabled, a Google forwarding number may replace our displayed business number and phone links. It connects you to (540) 783-4100. Google processes call details such as caller number when available, time, duration, and whether the call connected to measure advertising results. Calls lasting at least 60 seconds count as call conversions; this does not establish that a job was booked. This setup does not enable call recording. Turning off Ad measurement restores our business number for future calls from the website. It does not undo prior measurement or stop measurement of a call to a forwarding number you already saved. We link Analytics with our Google Ads account to compare advertising costs and inquiries. You can enable Website analytics while leaving Ad measurement off. We do not enable personalized advertising, remarketing audiences, Google Signals, or enhanced conversions that send contact information. Previous acceptance of Analytics alone does not grant ad-measurement permission. You can accept or decline with equal access to the website, and change your choice using Cookies in the footer. Declining optional measurement stops Analytics and ad measurement and removes this website's measurement cookies. Turning off Ad measurement stops that measurement and removes this website's Google Ads measurement cookies and call-tracking storage. We remember your cookie choice for up to six months; Analytics cookies also expire after up to six months and may renew when you revisit with consent. Google determines the lifetime of its ad-measurement cookies; see its cookie information. Blocking or declining Analytics does not prevent project requests from reaching S.A.M. Our hosting provider may use essential security or session cookies. The project form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to check for automated abuse. Cloudflare processes browser and connection information for that security check; it does not receive the project details, name, phone number, or photos from our form through this integration. Gallery images are served by this website. The service-area page displays OpenStreetMap tiles with our service-area overlay. When the map loads, its providers receive connection information such as your IP address and browser details to display the map. Our project form entries are not sent to the map provider. See the OpenStreetMap Foundation Privacy Policy. Our server retrieves public reviews from our Google Business Profile and temporarily caches them for up to 24 hours. The website displays selected five-star reviews with their authors, dates, and full text available to read. Reviewer profile images load from Google when available, which sends Google your connection information. Visitors do not need to sign in to Google to read the reviews here.
Following a Google link opens Google's service and its privacy controls. Google explains its processing in its Privacy Policy. We configure Analytics to retain user and event data for 14 months without resetting user retention on each new visit. Aggregated reports may remain available longer. Analytics reports are estimates and may exclude visitors who decline cookies or block tracking. Our S.A.M. lead records remain the business record of submitted project inquiries. If we add other optional tracking, we will update this notice and provide the choices required for that setup before enabling it.
